AERONAUTICAL DICTIONARY (F/A/A)

This book contains the language combination French-German and English allowing users to find words and phrases in German and English from French. The dictionary covers the following areas in particular:

• technical (aircraft, on-board instruments, engine, etc.)
• navigation
• civilian aviation
• meteorology
• regulation
• radiotelephony.

It is aimed at different user groups: (private) pilots, student pilots, members of flying clubs and AOPA, air traffic controllers, translators, interpreters, journalists, as well as anyone interested in aviation.

Wörterbuch der Luftfahrt (Französisch-Deutsch-Englisch) Das vorliegende Wörterbuch der Luftfahrt schließt eine Lücke, die den Markt für Luftfahrt-Wörterbücher bisher gekennzeichnet hat. Es enthält erstmals die Sprachenkombination Französisch-Deutsch (plus Englisch), womit der Benutzer nunmehr die Möglichkeit hat, französische Wörter und Fachbegriffe aus der Luftfahrt direkt in die deutsche Sprache zu übertragen. The Present dictionary is closing a gap in the market for aeronautical dictionaries. It contains, for the first time, the language combination French-German (plus English), thus offering the user the possibility of finding the German equivalents of French aeronautical terms and expressions. In particular, the following fields of aeronautics are included:

• technical matters (aircraft, flight instruments, etc.)
• navigation,
• civil aviation
• meteorology,
• legal provisions
• radio telephony.
