At CIA headquarters, there is concern about the disappearance in Argentina of a large number of agents who were investigating President Perón's ambiguous relationship with many former German Nazis. A rumour is circulating about a secret Nazi base hidden in the Altiplano mountains, and the CIA decides to send a spy plane there on reconnaissance. The Sea Dart seems perfect for such a task.
