Radio navigation, a VFR flight aid, is intended for light aircraft pilots who fly under visual flight rules, that is, by navigating in relation to land references identified and recognized on the navigation chart. For these pilots, radio navigation cannot replace visual navigation, but it can complement it. The use of radio means improves the reliability of navigation and also provides a valuable aid when visibility conditions deteriorate.radionavigation is presented here in a practical spirit to facilitate and improve the navigation of the VFR pilot.
