Jean-Marc Tanguy, 48, is a journalist specialising in military aeronautics. He writes for a dozen French media, and feeds his twitter account (@defense137) and his blog (Le Mamouth) on a daily basis. He has carried out several dozen reports in Afghanistan and, since 2010, in Africa. He is the author of 15 books on military aviation, special forces and intervention units.
